Park Spaces and Sport and Recreation Zones

The construction of a sport and children’s playground in the Dubnika district is one of the sites, included in Vratza – An Attractive Place to Live In project. The main goal of the project is to create new urban spaces for sports and outdoor activities and contribute to sustainable development of the city and better quality of life for its residents. The newly constructed children’s playgrounds, football field and outdoor fitness facilities are located on a total area of 5,790 sq m.

Implemented Activities: A playground for small gates football with artificial grass pavement, three sport sites with outdoor fitness devices and three children’s playgrounds with shock-absorbing pavement and playing facilities – swings, slides, climbing towers, sandpits have been constructed. Asphalted walks, green areas and recreation zones with benches have been built. Lighting and video monitoring has been installed.
